Part Time Teller (Chillicothe)
Under direct supervision, provides quality customer service by professionally, accurately, and efficiently processing various transactions while maintaining a helpful and friendly attitude. Listens to the customer to identify customers' banking needs and works to strengthen their relationship with the bank through cross-selling, referring, and following through with problem resolution.
Acknowledges and greets each customer in a friendly and professional manner and calls the customer by name when possible.
Accepts and processes various bank transactions accurately and efficiently maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Observes and listens to the customer and strengthens the bank/customer relationship through cross-selling, referrals, etc.
Adheres to all policies, procedures, compliance, security, and regulatory requirements ensuring that all operations are completed efficiently and within established guidelines and regulations.
Optimizes the Bank's success by actively participating, supporting, and achieving individual, department, and bank goals.
May train as a back-up to other functions within the facility.
Performs additional duties as required or requested.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
